About the Role:

Core Medical Center LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our innovative telehealth/hybrid team in Blue Springs, MO. Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments via telehealth platforms and in-person sessions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to meet therapeutic goals

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered treatment

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and home exercise programs

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards

Conduct virtual and in-person assessments for a diverse patient population across various diagnoses

Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active Missouri OT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure

NBCOT certification (OTR) required

Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery preferred

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills across a variety of conditions

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage patients effectively in a virtual environment

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid care model
