We're a small telehealth nutrition practice looking to add another RD to our team. We work with clients 1:1 on things like diabetes, PCOS, cardiovascular disease, and GI issues, but our approach isn't your typical clinical nutrition. We lean into intuitive eating and weight-inclusive care. If that sounds like the kind of practice you'd want to be part of, keep reading.

    What the job looks like:

This is a 1099 contract role starting around 10–20 hours per week. You'll set your own schedule, though some afternoon and early evening availability helps. There's potential to grow hours over time and convert to W2 if that's something you'd want down the road.

You'll see clients virtually, build real relationships, and be part of their progress over time — not just a single touchpoint. We use insurance-based billing, so clients aren't paying out of pocket, which means fewer no-shows and more consistent caseloads.

    Who we're looking for:

You're an RD/RDN with an active CDR credential and either a current Tennessee dietitian license or the ability to get one before we start credentialing. (Credentialing typically takes 30–60 days once your offer is signed, so the sooner the license is in place, the better.)

Beyond the credentials, we care about fit more than experience level — new grads are genuinely welcome here. The main thing we're looking for is openness to a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to care. You don't need to have years of practice in this space; we'll teach you our methods. What we can't teach is being open-minded, so if intuitive eating and letting go of food rules sounds like something you can get behind, you're probably a good fit.

Motivational interviewing experience is a plus, but if you're willing to learn, we're willing to teach. You do need to be comfortable working independently since we're a small team and this role has a lot of autonomy.

If this sounds like the kind of place you'd thrive, we'd love to hear from you!
