Telemac, Inc., located in downtown Miami, is currently recruiting motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team.
An industry leader for over 30 years, we operate one of the world's largest psychic networks, providing services that are oriented as life coaching to individuals from all over the world. The customer service team is in charge of new customer registration, processing payments and managing appointments for existing customers.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear speaking voice
- Superior customer service skills
- Sales orientation
- Basic computer skills/database management
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team Player
- Experience working in a call center environment is a plus
Customer service responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers over the phone
- Assisting the manager with daily tasks
- Updating records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Knowledge of our products
- Processing customer requests and complaints
- Managing appointments
