We are looking for a motivated and energetic Part-Time Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our growing insurance agency team. This is an in-office position with flexible part-time hours and a clear path for advancement within the agency.

Our agency focuses on more than just insurance — we believe in building relationships, supporting our community, and helping clients protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients

Follow up with internet leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns

Set appointments for licensed agents

Update customer information in our CRM system

Build rapport and create positive first impressions

Help support agency marketing and community outreach efforts

Meet daily call and appointment goals
