CCTV Services is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, energetic Telemarketer / Outbound Sales Representative to help expand our client base and promote our top-tier surveillance solutions. What You’ll Do: ● Make outbound calls to business leads and prospective customers ● Introduce our security products and services (CCTV, access control, surveillance monitoring, etc.) ● Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team ● Maintain CRM records with call outcomes and notes ● Follow up on cold and warm leads ● Meet weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets Who You Are: ● Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented ● Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections ● Excellent communication and people skills

● Organized and detail-oriented ● Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is strongly recommended, but not required ● Willing to learn and grow with our company—we provide training!
