If so, Polar Block Properties is hiring a Telemarketer to support our fast-growing real estate investment business in Denver, CO. As a Telemarketer, you’ll be the voice of our brand, connecting with homeowners and identifying potential seller leads. This is more than just dialing numbers – you’ll be building rapport, uncovering needs, and helping people explore real solutions. Your goal? Set high-quality appointments for our acquisitions team and help us close more deals. Compensation & Benefits: • $75,000 - $90,000 expected first-year earnings (base + commission) • Bonus opportunities tied to performance • Unlimited PTO + Paid Holidays • Ongoing sales training and coaching • Career growth potential within a fast-paced team Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to homeowners using the provided lead lists • Use a multi-touch strategy (calls, texts, emails) to connect and follow up • Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and property condition • Set a minimum of 15 qualified appointments per week for our sales team • Use our proven scripts and objection-handling techniques with confidence • Log detailed notes and lead activity in our CRM (Salesforce) • Prepare your daily call list and send end-of-day updates to the team • Participate in daily team huddles, roleplays, and coaching sessions Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • You love talking to people and have strong communication skills • Resilient and not afraid of rejection or objections • Competitive nature – you want to win and hit your numbers • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily • Tech-savvy and experienced using a CRM system • Highly organized with strong time management • Positive, coachable, and eager to grow within a team • Previous phone sales or telemarketing experience is a plus Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 Expected First Year Earnings
