    Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists
    • Introduce agency products and services in a professional and confident manner
    • Identify customer needs and qualify prospects for insurance conversations
    • Schedule appointments for licensed sales agents
    • Follow up consistently with leads, referrals, and prospective customers
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the system
    • Meet daily call volume, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets
    • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
    • Learn about insurance products to better qualify prospects
    • Collaborate with the sales team to support agency growth

    Qualifications

    • No prior insurance experience required; we will train you
    • Strong phone presence and communication skills
    • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective customers
    • Self-motivated and able to handle rejection positively
    • Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit
    • Comfortable with repetitive phone-based work
    • Organized and able to track follow-ups accurately
    • Willingness to obtain insurance licenses
    • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

    Compensation $55,000–$80,000

    Compensation includes a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
