About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Insurance Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to introduce our home and auto insurance products, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents.

👉 Important Note: This is not a sales position. You will not be required to discuss rates, coverage details, or sell insurance directly. All sales and policy discussions are handled by licensed insurance agents. Your primary focus is to generate interest, gather basic information, and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists or CRM system.

Introduce our home and auto insurance services in a professional and engaging manner.

Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents.

Record and update call results, client details, and follow-ups accurately in the system.

Transfer advanced inquiries to licensed agents.

Consistently achieve or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment goals.

Represent the company in a positive, courteous, and professional manner.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills over the phone.

Ability to handle objections and stay motivated.

Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus).

Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic.
