About the Role:

Join Allstate Insurance Agency - Kevin Purdy as a Telemarketer, where you'll play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and promoting our exceptional insurance services. Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.

Engage prospects with informative conversations about insurance products and services.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Utilize effective communication techniques to overcome objections and close sales.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to inform clients accurately.

Achieve daily and weekly call quotas while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Requirements:

Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Goal-oriented with a passion for helping customers.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
