    Job Summary

    We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing & Prospecting Specialist to identify and qualify potential customers. The primary responsibility of this role is outbound calling and lead prospecting to generate interest and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.

    Key Responsibilities

    Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lists or research tools

    Prospect and qualify leads based on set criteria

    Clearly present company products or services over the phone

    Schedule appointments or hand off qualified leads to the sales team

    Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and lead information

    Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead targets

    Requirements

    Strong verbal communication and listening skills

    Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

    Confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence

    Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or call-tracking tools

    Self-motivated and goal-oriented

    Preferred Qualifications

    Previous telemarketing, sales, or call center experience

    Experience with lead generation or cold calling

    Familiarity with CRM systems
