Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for our property's telephone system, managing professional communication and call routing for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct incoming calls efficiently to appropriate departments and personnel through the property's telephone system
• Provide professional, courteous customer service while handling all incoming calls with appropriate etiquette and protocol
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols to ensure proper response coordination
• Handle emergency communications effectively, coordinating with security and maintenance teams to address urgent situations

Qualifications

• * Minimum one (1) year of experience in telephone switchboard operations, multi-line phone systems, or customer service
  

  • Strong English language proficiency required; Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
  • Proven ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical capability to remain seated and maintain focus throughout assigned shift
  • Must obtain and maintain all required certifications and licenses for the position
