    Precise is currently looking for a Sr. Programmer Developer in support of NSWC Crane Division. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD. 

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO - 

    • Utilize the Agile Software Development methodology in the component design of the NSWC Crane Enterprise Software Systems.
    • Perform user interface Programming using HTML5/Microsoft.NET Programming/ JavaScript/jQuery in the development; web parts/user controls, web forms with data validation, business data connectivity and complex workflows.
    • Perform Programming in the development of middleware programming utilizing: table schemas with primary and foreign key constraints, data views, stored procedures, user-defined function and triggers. Programming languages may include, but not limited to, SharePoint Framework, client- side web-based technologies (including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, jQuery, Microsoft.NET).
    • Utilize SharePoint Designer to develop customized web forms/pages and workflows
    • Enhance the look and feel of the Graphical User Interface (GUI) by designing, developing and maintaining: master pages, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and graphics.
    • Develop training curriculum for solutions.
    • Develop front-end solutions using JavaScript and other SharePoint tools in support of NSWC Crane Enterprise Software Systems applications.
    • Perform design, implementation and documentation of JIRA workflows to enable site solutions in support of business needs.
    • Utilize the MS Power Apps framework and programming language to create NSWC Crane Enterprise business tools and applications
    • Enter pertinent data (including documenting work performed and resolution) on each customer interaction into the designated ITSM tool.
    • Ensure minimum customer Time to Respond (TTR). TTR is defined as the time from customer submission of an interaction (via portal, email or voicemail) to the time of initial contact from a support agent.
    • Ensure minimum Full Time to Resolve (FTR). FTR is defined as the time from customer submission of an interaction (in person, via phone, email, voicemail or portal) to the time of ticket resolution.
    • Ensure maximum accuracy on ticket input. Accurate tickets are defined as tickets for which all customer information is complete, all required fields are complete and complete description of customer issue and resolution is present.

     

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE - 

    • Must hold Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) Baseline Qualifications for CSWF Specialty Area and Proficiency Level per Section 6.23.2 Cyber Security Workforce Qualifications.
    • Five (5) years of analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality; designing and developing user interfaces in Microsoft SharePoint; determining design methodologies; completing programing using visual studio; designing and conducting testing.
    • Has demonstrated understanding of developing SharePoint components including web parts, pages and services; User controls; windows services and workflows using Visual Studio .NET.
    • Proficient in SharePoint development using at least two (2) of the following: Windows; Visual Studio.NET; C#; and Java.
    • At least two (2) years of professional experience in the development and migration of IT Systems to a Cloud environment.

     

    REQUIRED EDUCATION - Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline.

     

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
