    PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER - WESTWOOD, MA

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for your products. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert on the customers of your products, how they buy and their buying criteria. If you have expertise in video quality monitoring or adjacent technology combined with a strong business acumen, this could be the role for you.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Works with the IQ Business Unit management and Product Managers to develop clear product positioning along with messaging that articulates the value of products and solutions in monetary terms whenever possible.
    • Sales enablement communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of IQ Business Unit products
    • Product launch plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
    • Demand generation provide input, content and review for demand generation activities.
    • Ability to tell the IQ Business Unit story to target markets by connecting with customers individually and on social channels, on stage at events, during industry-wide webcasts, in high level meetings with other players in the industry and wherever else it makes sense to go.
    • Content creation technology overseeing and planning the technical infrastructure required to enact marketing initiatives and content creation.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred (business emphasis is a plus)
    • 5+ years of experience in software product marketing or in a business/technical role
    • Dynamic personality who is a compelling presenter and can tell a story in an engaging way
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability to present technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Ability to be both on camera and behind the camera for video content production (webinars, live shows, recorded content)
    • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams and third parties
    • Ability to work effectively with deadlines and able to set priorities (even when those priorities change)
    • Knowledge of the telecom and streaming and monitoring eco system strongly desired
