Will assist the team with * Installer verifications * SF case updates and installation confirmation * Order review and work order creation (ServiceMax or SAP CRM) * Installation/Service provider selection and assignment * Scheduling Support for complex orders or on occasions where SLAs are in violation * Vendor setup for new installation partners and/or changes to existing * Current BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent, with 5+ years of relevant industry experience. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Experience with the SAP SM Module preferred * Experience with SalesForce.com and ServiceMax Module preferred * Intermediate to advanced MS Office and Excel * IStrong problem solving skills and a willingness to delve deeply into complex issues * Ability to focus and prioritize in a high stress environment * Very strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments * Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn * Presents a positive attitude * Ability to develop strong working relationships with customers and co-workers **Primary Location: **North America-United States-IL-Glenview **Work Locations: ** **Job: **Technical Service **Organization: **Teletrac Inc. **Schedule: **Full-time
