Job Summary

We are seeking a Teller to join our team! As a Teller on the team, you will be responsible for assisting everyday members with their banking needs, which can include making deposits, making accurate change for businesses, and providing members with account information. You will also answer questions about the credit union and services provided, offer solutions to members facing issues with their accounts, and offer exceptional member service. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet members and ascertain what their needs are

Assist members with everyday banking needs

Follow all cash handling procedures and policies

Answer questions about banking options and products available to members

Provide exceptional member service and support

Qualifications

Previous experience in a banking setting desired

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail
