This role is part of a fast-growing technology company and plays a key role in supporting customers and ensuring the success of a clean energy product. You will act as a bridge between engineering and field operations, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

• Become an expert on the company's product and its various systems
• Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis on malfunctioning systems
• Interpret technical documents and diagrams
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
  

• Maintain and nurture relationships with clients
• Respond promptly to technical requests and inquiries
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and effective communication
  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineering and field operations teams
• Provide feedback on product design and installation procedures

• Perform system installations and testing
• Create technical documents and training materials
• Research and resolve technical issues
• Work independently and under pressure
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience heavy automotive engineering and diagnostic experience (particularly in automotive, diesel engines, fuel systems)
• 2-year associates degree in engineering technology or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of both automotive/truck electrical and mechanical systems with proven ability to troubleshoot and repair independently.
• Ability to comprehend detailed product schematics and documentation, and follow complex work instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner with both coworkers and customers.?
  
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with 3D Modelling software.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability and willingness to work with other team members to solve problems.
• Proven track record of working independently and under pressure, with little to no supervision when necessary.
• Experience with technical documentation and drawing interpretation
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software
• Travel: frequent domestic travel required (up to 75%)
• Other requirements: valid driver's license, strong attention to detail, ability to work in various environments
