    Senior Procurement Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead procurement optimization, collaborate with category management, and execute market events and RFPs.
    • Develop strong internal stakeholder relationships, aligning procurement strategies with business needs.
    • Employ strategic thinking and analytics to identify cost savings and enhance processes.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations, and continuously improve processes.
    • Communicate procurement strategies and manage end-to-end market events and RFPs.
    • Conduct market research, drive cost savings through negotiation, and guide stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • BA/BS degree required (MBA preferred), with 10+ years in procurement or supply chain, including 3+ years in management.
    • Certifications in procurement or supply chain management are accepted.
    • Strong understanding of procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier management.
    • Proficient in data analysis tools, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Adaptability to manage within changing organizations, with knowledge of procurement systems and policies.
    • Experience in negotiations, cost reduction, and demand planning.
    • Prior experience managing people and teams, especially to focus on cost improvement is required.
    • Must be able to work in the United States without Sponsorship
    • Must be willing to work on-site for several days a month and live within a 2 hour driving distance to location in Columbus, Indiana.
