    We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing. You will also be responsible for managing our marketing budget, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences.
    • Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI).
    • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
    • Manage the development and production of marketing materials, such as website content, blog posts, infographics, and social media posts.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners.
    • Oversee the execution of marketing events and trade shows.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in marketing management, with at least 1 year focused on data analytics.
    • Minimum 2 years management experience, with a focus on mentorship and increasing team members’ skill sets
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
    • Experience with developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop +Premiere Pro), Canva, Webflow, and/or equivalent design tools
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Videography and/or video editing experience a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and track ROI.
