    Job Description

    We are looking to hire an Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will establish positive interpersonal relationships and actively collaborates and contributes to a positive team dynamic. Through both action and collaboration, you are an inspirational leader who acts as a role model to bring out the best in their teams. You can easily adapt to changes and can be relied upon to deliver exceptional results consistently. You can consistently generate and share original ideas, tackling both simple and complex problems

    Salary range: $37000 - $45000 per year.

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Effectively manage, lead, and continuously update CRM throughout the sales process.
    • Generate profitable new business through prospecting and inquiry handling within the local markets to achieve monthly sales targets.
    • Proactively manage the renewal strategy to maximize retention, renewal increases, and center profitability.
    • Accountable for cash handling and deposits. Partner with Loss Prevention to protect assets and reduce cash loss.
    • Knowledgeable of market trends and stays up-to-date on competitive data.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    • Previous work experience in a sales-related role is an asset.
    • Ability to network at a high level and build strong business relationships.
    • Professional and clear communication skills.
    • Proven objection handling, prospecting, and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrate an ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers.
    • Able to remain flexible and calm in high pressure .
    • Strong organizational skills.
