As the employment agency hiring temporary workers to be assigned to the Gates Foundation , we are responsible for direct hiring and seeking candidates for the following temporary role at the Foundation.

AgileOne designs and develops global workforce and procurement solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. Our focused and consultative approach provides solutions that streamline business processes and deliver efficiencies to human resources, procurement, and suppliers.

    Global Growth & Opportunity

The Global Growth & Opportunity division works to catalyze sustainable transformative change in the face of inequities and market failures, to realize the potential of untapped markets, and to see the economic and social benefits of including everyone. Our Program Strategy Teams (PSTs) include Agricultural Development; Inclusive Financial Systems; Water, Sanitation & Hygiene; Nutrition; Global Education; and Digital Public Infrastructure. We seek solutions that are sustainable, transformative, and inclusive with an eye toward applying technology innovations as well as data evidence to drive change in the world's developing countries.

    Inclusive Financial Systems / IFS

IFS is a globally diverse team of approximately 40 full time staff with team members in Seattle, DC, London, Johannesburg, and India. We work to broaden the reach of low-cost digital financial services by supporting what we and our partners believe are the most catalytic approaches to financial inclusion. These include promoting the development of digital payment systems that can help spread use of digital financial services quickly, advancing gender equality to ensure that women share in the benefits of financial inclusion, and supporting the development of national and regional strategies that accelerate progress for the poor and can serve as models.

To achieve these objectives, we work with partners around the world to align on common principles for digital financial inclusion and support policymakers as they work to develop policies and regulations that facilitate growth in digital financial services and provide oversight and accountability. We also invest in national financial inclusion initiatives, through which the largest number of people living in poverty stand to benefit, including in Bangladesh, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Indonesia, and East Africa.

IFS is made up of four initiatives with a Program Assistant (PA) supporting each initiative of 5-6 staff members, as well as a Senior PA (SPA) supporting the Director and overall team. This PA role will support our Initiative Three (i3) Team, which leads IFS' work on driving usage of digital financial services among low-income customers in developing countries. The i3 team is comprised of ten staff members distributed across our offices in Seattle, London, Johannesburg, and New Delhi. This is a very dynamic team requiring a high level of international travel planning, complex meeting and convening planning, and cross-team collaboration. This PA role also works closely with the three other PAs and the SPA to support coordination and planning across the entire team.
