Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment on the factory floor

Assemble, inspect, and package manufactured products according to quality standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols

Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications

Load and unload materials, parts, and finished goods as needed

Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals

Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing, factory, or production environment preferred

Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment

Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
