About the Role
We are a small, fast-paced business looking for a Temporary Administrative Intern to support a variety of operations and internal cleanup tasks over a 4–6 week period. This is a paid position designed for someone who’s organized, curious, and interested in learning how a business functions behind the scenes.
The role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or career explorer who wants hands-on exposure to business operations, policy development, and systems management. While the position is temporary, there may be an opportunity to extend the role depending on your schedule and the company’s evolving needs.
What You'll Do
Clean up and organize client profile data in our digital systems
Review and revise policy documents for clarity, accuracy, and formatting
Draft new policies or procedures from written notes or voice recordings
Assist in administrative tasks such as document management, inbox sorting, internal checklists, and light project tracking
Take initiative on small projects that arise in the course of business operations
Learn how a growing small business streamlines internal workflows and supports a mobile service team
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Clear written communication and basic editing abilities
A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and asking questions
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, or similar tools
Interest in small business operations, healthcare, or entrepreneurship
Availability to commit for 4–6 weeks with potential to continue part-time if mutually agreed
