Temporary Concession Team Member for Rusty Taco for the Diamondbacks Spring Training

Location: Salt River Fields at Talking Stick Event: Arizona Diamondbacks Spring Training Duration: February 20 – March 24 Schedule: Mostly daytime shifts 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with one evening game

Position Overview Rusty Taco is hiring Temporary Concession Team Members to support food operations during Arizona Diamondbacks Spring Training at Salt River Fields. This is a fast-paced, fun, outdoor work environment serving fans during one of Arizona’s busiest spring events.

Pay Rate $25–$30 per hour, including tips. Tips are pooled and paid out according to company policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Rusty Taco menu items quickly and accurately

• Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system

• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards

• Stock supplies and assist with setup and breakdown of the concession stand

• Provide friendly, upbeat customer service to fans

• Work as part of a team in a high-volume environment

Schedule & Availability Requirements

• Must be available to work the full event period: February 20-March 24

• Mostly day shifts (10:00 AM-4:00 PM)

• One evening game required

• Weekend availability required (game days)

Qualifications

• Previous food service or concession experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in outdoor conditions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Must be able to follow food safety and cash-handling procedures
