Temporary Full-Time Cleaner – Paint Factory (Approx. 6-Month Assignment) Location: Oak Creek, WI Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours/week) Duration: Around 6 months

Position Summary: We're hiring a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner for a temporary full-time role in a paint factory. The main task involves wiping down walls, pipes, and surfaces throughout the facility. The work is simple but requires consistency and attention to detail in a dusty environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and wipe down walls, pipes, and other factory surfaces

Use a scissor lift safely (training will be provided; no prior experience needed)

Wear company-provided protective gear (mask, gown, etc.)

Adhere to safety guidelines at all times

Job Requirements:

Comfortable working in a dusty, paint-heavy environment

Able to work at heights using a scissor lift

Willing to wear a mask and protective clothing

Steel toe shoes required (not provided)

Must be okay working in hot conditions—no A/C in the building

Dependable, with strong attendance and a good work ethic
