Temporary Full-Time Nanny in Plaza Midwood for a 13 Month Old Girl
Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the Plaza Midwood area in finding a Full-Time Temporary Nanny for their 13-month-old daughter. The nanny would typically be needed Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
The best nanny for this family would be experienced in caring for toddlers, trustworthy, compassionate, patient, and engaging. Throughout the day, the nanny should be able to keep their child on her feeding, nap, and play routine, and keep her actively engaged in age-appropriate activities. The family is looking for a nanny who will be patient with their child, as she is not fully sleep trained yet. The family is looking for a nanny who will be able to creatively keep their child engaged during the day, playing inside and outside of the home. It is important that the nanny incorporate a variety of activities, such as reading, crafts, playing with toys, going on walks, dancing, independent play, playing outside, and developmental activities.
Their daughter has food allergies to dairy, eggs, and tree nuts, so special care should be taken when preparing her food and feeding her. The nanny should also be aware of her emergency allergy protocol and be familiar with an Epi-Pen. It is also important that the nanny not wear perfume in the home, as their daughter has eczema that perfumes can irritate. She is 13 months old, so she has some stranger danger. So the nanny should be patient with her at first if she is having some stranger danger. The mom works from home, and their home is on the smaller side at 1500 sq feet. It is important that the nanny respect professional boundaries throughout the day, and the mom will as well.
