Temporary Human Resources Coordinator / 3-6 Month Assignment

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a 3–6 month assignment to support day-to-day HR operations during a leave of absence. This role is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, manage multiple priorities, and maintain compliance in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, and administrative HR functions, while helping maintain a positive and compliant workplace.
Responsibilities
Coordinate talent acquisition efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Manage new hire onboarding and employee orientation processes
Support employee evaluations and performance tracking
Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws and internal policies
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll processes (ADP experience preferred)
Assist with training and development initiatives
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling, and document management
Support HR-related communications and occasional social media updates
Qualifications
Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support role required
Familiarity with employment and labor laws (FMLA, OSHA, workers’ compensation)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems preferred
Experience in healthcare staffing or home health is a plus
HR certification or related degree is a plus

This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 3–6 months
Assignment may be extended or ended earlier based on business needs
This position does not guarantee continued employment beyond the assignment period
