    Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is a newly founded team-based physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in the beautiful area of Gillette, Wyoming. Our company was created to provide prospective healthcare resources to the community and meet the needs of our patient base.

    Duties/ Responsibilities:

    • Unpack and organize computer equipment (e.g., monitors, keyboards, cables, and

    • desktops)

    • Move and position hardware to designated workstations throughout the new facility

    • Assist with connecting cables and ensuring setups match provided layouts

    • Label equipment and workstations according to established naming conventions

    • Help dispose of packaging materials and maintain a clean workspace

    • Track inventory of deployed equipment using provided checklists

    • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure all stations are ready for use

    • Perform other light physical tasks as needed to support the setup process

    • Participates in upkeep of department, i.e, cleanliness of work area, preventive maintenance, stocking of supplies, reports all malfunctioning equipment.

    • All other duties as assigned.

    Experience

    • Assisted with the deployment and setup of desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, and other peripherals across various departments.

    • Configured new workstations with operating systems, software applications, and security settings based on organizational standards.

    • Collaborated with the IT team to ensure proper network connectivity, including wired and wireless configurations, IP addressing, and domain setup.

    • Provided basic troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues during initial setup and installation phases.

    • Maintained accurate records of equipment deployment, serial numbers, and user assignments for inventory tracking.

    • Helped with cable management, workstation arrangement, and cleanup to ensure a professional and safe workspace environment.

    • Worked with end-users to verify system functionality post-installation and addressed any immediate setup concerns.

    • Followed IT department procedures and guidelines to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with company policies.

    Required Skills/Abilities

    ● Ability to lift and carry up to 30-40 lbs (e.g., monitors, computer towers)

    ● Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods

    ● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    ● Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

    ● Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

    ● High school diploma or equivalent

    ● No prior IT experience necessary—perfect for students or anyone seeking summer work
