A respected Seattle law firm is seeking a Temporary Litigation Legal Assistant (4919) to support its team during an active trial period. This short-term assignment provides an opportunity to assist multiple attorneys with filings, trial preparation, and daily litigation support tasks.

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and file pleadings in Alaska and Washington State/Federal courts
• Provide trial preparation and support for virtual proceedings
• Organize and maintain case files, including file cleanup and document management
• Assist attorneys with general litigation administrative tasks and daily office duties
• Support multiple members of the litigation team as needed

** Qualifications:**

• Prior experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant or similar role
• Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures and filing requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Professional, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff
• Comfortable supporting multiple attorneys and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

This is a short-term, high-impact assignment providing exposure to multiple active cases and trial preparation in both state and federal courts. The role allows candidates to work closely with a dynamic litigation team and gain hands-on experience across a variety of tasks while contributing meaningfully to ongoing matters.
