An established law firm is seeking a Temporary Paralegal (4888) to provide immediate support to its busy litigation team. This role will focus on medical records, discovery, redacting, and related paralegal tasks. The position is anticipated to continue until the firm fills its permanent opening, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to step in and make an impact right away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and court requirements
• Perform discovery tasks, including preparing and organizing documents for production and review
• Redact confidential or privileged information from records and discovery materials
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, case file organization, and document review
• Communicate with medical providers, vendors, and opposing counsel regarding records requests and discovery matters
• Maintain meticulous case files and assist with other litigation-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior paralegal experience in a litigation setting, preferably with medical records and personal injury casework
• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and redaction best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
