💼 Position Overview

The Temporary Part Runner plays a critical support role by ensuring our installers and service technicians have the right materials, equipment, and parts — exactly when they need them.

You’ll be the connection between the warehouse, vendors, and job sites, helping keep our teams efficient and our customers happy.

This is a seasonal position with potential future opportunities based on performance.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

🚗 Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 📦 Organized and detail-oriented ⏱ Reliable and punctual 💪 Able to lift 50+ lbs 📱 Comfortable communicating with technicians and office staff throughout the day 🔧 Basic mechanical or HVAC knowledge is a plus (but not required)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Deliver parts, materials, and equipment to job sites quickly and accurately

Pick up materials from supply houses and vendors

Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management

Load and unload equipment safely

Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle

Communicate effectively with Install and Service teams regarding parts needs

Support team efficiency during peak demand periods
