    Job Description

    This is a temporary position covering maternity leave from April 4- July 10, 2026, with part time hours of 15-20 hours per week. Pay is $40-45.00/ per hour.
    Your focus will be on Meta backend management, budgets, reporting, and client email communication.
    Position is fully remote.

    _ Let’s break that down a bit more:_

    ** _ Ad Account Management_**
    You will be responsible for backend management of assigned clients Meta Ad accounts including account scaling, budget management, account maintenance/structure, and new testing.

    ** _ Implementation_**
    All ad and email implementation will be handled by our associate level employees, but we do expect you to QA them before turning live

    ** _ Reports_**

    • Compile clients’ monthly reports
    • Update client KPI Tracker - Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
    • For select ads clients only, provide a weekly email recap of current performance
    • Conduct quarterly budget analysis for ads clients

    ** _ Client/Internal Communication_**

    • Address any client emails that pertain to the service, strategy, results, etc.
    • All other email communication regarding timelines and approvals are handled by our Project Manager
    • Attend bi-weekly internal paid social calls

    ** _ Strategy_**

    Assist with strategy docs as needed for both ads and email campaigns

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    _ Required Skills & Experience_

    • 2+ years of paid Meta advertising experience
    • 1+ years experience creating and executing ideas at an agency focused on e-commerce brands
    • Expert knowledge of Meta and Shopify
    • You've managed more than 5 clients at one time with budgets over 5K
    • Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
    • Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically paid social best practices
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands
    • Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
    • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority
    • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity
    • Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary
    • Ability to maintain composure and continue to execute under pressure or periods of high stress
    • Willingness to dive in and find answers to complex problems where solutions may not yet be documented
    • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Development, or related fields)
