Job Description
Work under the general direction of the Regional Director and in coordination with multiple parties to assists in the plan development, tracking and task execution of workforce related transition plans.
Provides assistance with planning and coordinating team activities to manage and implement interrelated projects from initiation to final operational stage.
Supports the project team(s) in determining customer requirements and translating requirements into operational plans
Identifies and coordinates additional resources to meet project needs and requirements
Assists with contingency plans to address schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, and work requirements
Meets live and/or via phone/video with management, sponsors, and project teams to review project scope/progress and resolve project issues
Assists in preparing management for transition from implementation to operating stage
Monitors and evaluates quality of performance and product from all work within scope of
responsibility
Passes decisions clearly outside scope upward, including proposed solutions whenever appropriate
All activities will be tracked on the project management system to ensure accountability and
transparency.
