    The Felician Sisters of North America is a vibrant and compassionate religious community dedicated to living the mission of service, justice, and care for all people. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Temporary Recruiter (contract position) to support our recruitment efforts in attracting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization, with a primary focus on eldercare facilities across the US and Canada. This full-time, temporary position will be based at the Beaver Falls administrative office (located 20 minutes from Cranberry Two and less than 60 minutes north of Pittsburgh) with a duration of 90 days.

    Compensation:

    • Competitive hourly wage of $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience.

    Job Overview:

    As a Temporary Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for open positions within the Felician Sisters of North America. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, securing onsite interviews for hiring managers, and overseeing all pre-employment steps such as testing and background checks. The Temporary Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and compliant hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others find meaningful employment opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Post job openings on relevant job boards, websites, and our ATS (Breezy HR).
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
    • Assist in scheduling onsite interviews and coordinating hiring logistics with hiring managers.
    • Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
    • Oversee entire pre-employment process (background checks, pre-employment testing)
    • Support onboarding activities for new hires (ADP Workforce Now).
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational requirements during the recruitment process.
    • Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring logistics, and preparing offer letters.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and introductory training.
    • Maintain and update recruitment records and reports to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates, reflecting the values of the Felician Sisters.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and staff.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Experience in pre-employment testing and managing background checks is a plus.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
