    Temporary Retail Store Supervisor - November through March 2026

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead a skilled team of sales specialists and support the Store Director in all aspects of store operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of retail operations, a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience, and proven success in driving sales performance, CRM KPIs, and managing inventory and back-of-house processes.

    Main Responsibilities

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a senior sales team, fostering autonomy, accountability, and high performance.

    • Provide coaching and training to ensure individual and team success.

    • Support staff scheduling and ensure seamless daily operations.

    Sales & Customer Experience

    • Ensure a personalized and elevated shopping experience, particularly for high-net-worth clientele.

    • Support the team at point of sale, including transactions, gift wrapping, and consignments.

    • Monitor CRM KPIs to enhance customer retention and engagement.

    • Assist with sales analysis and reporting to achieve and exceed store targets.

    Operations & Inventory Management

    • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring stock levels and merchandising meet brand standards.

    • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and overall back-of-house efficiency.

    • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stocktakes and effective coordination between sales floor and BOH.

    • Partner closely with the BOH Supervisor on all inventory-related processes.

    • Participate in inventories and cycle count activities.

    Team Communication & Performance

    • Conduct regular team meetings to align on store goals, performance metrics, and priorities.

    • Collaborate with the Store Director on strategies, goals, and team well-being initiatives.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Proven experience in senior retail leadership, with a record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and developing teams.

    • Expertise in POS systems and inventory management software with strong reporting accuracy.

    • Demonstrated success managing back-of-house operations and maintaining effective inventory control.

    • Deep understanding of CRM systems and customer engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.

    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate a positive and performance-driven environment.

    • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support peak retail periods.

    • Strategic and solution-oriented mindset, able to address immediate challenges while supporting long-term business growth.

    $90,000-$100,000 per year
