While many Managed Service Providers (MSPs) are reducing staff we are growing and looking to expand to other areas in Florida.

We are searching for an experienced Managed Service Provider Level 2 Engineer. The right candidate will possess superior customer service and support skills with experience working for a Managed Service Provider. This hybrid position has 80% work from home and occasional on-site at client locations.

Experience Required:

• Network/Server/PC support experience

• MSP experience is a bonus

• Networking – LAN / WAN, Wireless, DHCP, mail transport, DNS and TCP/IP Router/Firewall configuration, management, and troubleshooting (SonicWall, Fortinet, and Sophos Firewalls)

• Experience with Microsoft Servers (Server 2012 through Server 2019), Active Directory and Group Policy

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365

• Understanding of VPN Technologies

• Experience with VmWare / Hyper-V

• Experience with Amazon (AWS) / Microsoft Azure

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting backup solutions (Datto, Veeam, etc…)

• Experience supporting anti-virus software with a centralized management

Desired Skills:

Past experience working for a Managed Services Provider is ideal

• Cisco Certifications

• Microsoft/Apple/CompTIA/

• Experience using a ticketing system

• Experience using RMM
