    Job Summary

    As the Tenant Services Representative, you'll play a key role in keeping our properties running smoothly and our tenants satisfied. You'll support day-to-day operations across leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and compliance—ensuring we stay organized, responsive, and ahead of the game.

    This is a great role for someone who’s detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Daily Operations
    • Keep our Vacancy Sheet current with move-ins, move-outs, deposits, and updated tenant info

    • Manage tenant communications through phone, email, and our online portal

    • Process tenant applications, onboarding, and offboarding in Rent Manager

    • Post rent charges, issue statements, record payments, and handle deposits

    Weekly Responsibilities
    • Review and update online listings to ensure accuracy and visibility

    • Flag and discuss slow-moving units with the Property Manager to adjust strategy

    • Oversee communication with brokers on listings and tenant placements

    Tenant & Lease Management
    • Prepare and issue new leases, lease renewals, and voucher paperwork

    • Track and support collections, including communicating with tenants in arrears

    • Record violations, monitor status, and help facilitate resolution

    Maintenance & Compliance
    • Process maintenance tickets and keep tenants updated on status

    • Schedule and track preventative maintenance

    • Support compliance tasks like inspections, filings, and required registrations

    • Manage parking assignments and records
