WHAT WE NEED:

We are seeking a detail oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and process improvement. This is a high-level position with the ability to scale the Operations Team with data, analytics and technology. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage and maintain quality of data, reports and dashboard requests for the Operations Team and internal stakeholders
• Present analyses and lead discussion with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
• Train others on how to use reports and dashboards
• Make recommendations to improve the functionality and effectiveness
• Constantly streamline and evolve operational workflow by creating dashboards in Metabase to automate processes and increase team impact
• Ensure systems quality and data accuracy via regular audits of data adhere to all policies for proper process and protocols
• Manage KPIs to measure, control processes including creation of recurring metrics reports to drive improvements for the Operations network
• Capture product feedback from clients and internal users, to share insights for Product and Engineering teams
• Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
• Engage with cross functional teams to develop operational reports

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years experience with Data Analysis and Operations
• High-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to to manipulate large data sets and display them in a digestible format for peers and upper management
• Enthusiastic and passionate about people and technology
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker)
• Team player attitude
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• 2+ years experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and analytical platforms
• Exceptional Excel / data management skills; advanced data fluency, able to generate detailed multi-component analyses
