The Occupational Therapist will select appropriate evaluation procedures and directs patient's participation in selected tasks to restore or maximize independence in daily living skills. Facilitates learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity. Participates in department's clinical education program.

Experienced in managing 300+ Windows servers
Extensive Microsoft operating system and network troubleshooting skills are essential
Working knowledge with VMWARE version 6 or higher (troubleshooting and installation)
Detailed understanding of network protocols like DHCP and DNS
Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems as well as Active Directory
Working knowledge of Office365/Teams is a plus
Working knowledge of Service Now Ticketing System in a plus
Working knowledge of hardware concepts
Ability to create technical documentation in English
Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff and end-users
Strong interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and directed as well as creative
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative global environment
Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload
Strong inter-personal skills, presentation and communication skills essential
Being fluent in the English language is essential
