Cooperatively design and develop the relevant policy/ processes in purchasing management and ensure effective operation.
Global collaboration with GSCM(SST, RCC) on strategic programs and strategy reviews.
Co-ordinates with local, regional and global resources to develop and execute sourcing plans. Identifies suppliers and maintains supplier relations.
Responsible for the overall control of the purchasing function in the organization, decrease purchasing cost, improve payment terms.
Support global sourcing project, provide purchasing price benchmark. Support new project launch with TSVC project team, and subcomponents price quotation
Ensures all works are carried out in good conditions respecting EHS procedures, company standards and applicable norms & legislation. Ensures all employees are knowledgeable about EHS procedures and do apply as per procedures/indications.

Required Skills
Knowledge of supply chain management esp contracting procurement
Ability to communicate in English both oral and written.
Strong project management and organization skills.
Required Experience
University degree or above with majored in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
8+ years experience working in Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier development and management.
5+ years in a management role in Supply Chain Management.
