  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a FINANCIAL ANALYST supporting our Ride Performance business unit. This is a critical finance role reporting to the GLOBAL FP&A DIRECTOR – RIDE CONTROL. As a key member of a high-performing team, you will support all core finance and IT processes to ensure predictability, accountability and high performance. The successful candidate will be a technologically-savvy finance leader who can:

    • optimize finance systems to enable better reporting capabilities and global standardization
    • build relationships and is comfortable working cross culturally
    • work independently and is motivated to deliver thoughtful, value-added recommendations

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Support Ride Control FP&A for five regions globally—North America, Europe, South America, China and India—with monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting processes (consolidation, internal/external reporting),
    • Identify best practices and collaborate to elevate the standard for process excellence globally,
    • Leverage and integrate prior range of work experience, business acumen and Ride Control’s enhanced reporting capabilities via OneStream to help executive leadership manage day-to-day operations and formulate company strategy,
    • Deliver value-added business analysis,
    • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profits, cash and overall business goals and objectives,
    • Partner with the senior leadership team to build an environment that energizes the team, drives accountability and is geared towards continuous improvement.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE or other relevant major,
    • Strong command of ENGLISH LANGUAGE—written and oral,
    • At least 2 YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE, preferably in a Tier 1 manufacturing or Fortune 500 environment,
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally if required.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Power BI/PowerPoint,
    • Knowledge of One Stream or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM),
    • Practical knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules,
    • Resourceful catalyst who is geared towards continuous improvement,

  • Qualifications

    Bachelor degree in economy

    Above three years finance working experience in automotive enterprises

    Fluently listening, speaking and writing in English
