  • Responsibilities
    1. 监督、协调、指导维修组的日常工作,负责班组成员的工作评价。 Supervise, coordinate and guide the daily work of the maintenance team, and be responsible for the work evaluation of team members.
    2. 分析、处理生产过程中的出现的设备故障问题,并落实整改,以及及时落实解决公司其它需维修的设施设备。 Analyze and deal with equipment faults in the production process, implement rectification, and timely solve other facilities and equipment of the company that need to be repaired.
    3. 负责电气技术,指导电工工作。 Be responsible for electrical technology and guide electricians.
    4. 建立设备、工装模具的台账管理制度,做到帐实一致。 Establish an account management system for equipment, tooling and molds to achieve the consistency between account and reality.
    5. 建立备品、备件的管理制度和台帐,做到帐实一致。指导全组人员检查备品、备件质量,确保无误差、无质量问题,以满足维修工作的要求。 Establish the management system and account of spare parts and spare parts to ensure that the account is consistent with the actual situation. Guide the whole team to check the quality of spare parts to ensure that there are no errors and quality problems, so as to meet the requirements of maintenance work.
    6. 按部门培训计划,组织进行班组培训工作。同时定期对班组成员进行培训,使班组成员掌握工作规范,熟知工作流程和工作制度。 Organize team training according to department training plan. At the same time, the team members shall be trained regularly to make them master the work specification and be familiar with the work process and work system.
    7. 制定设备的维修保养计划,监督计划的执行情况,督促小组成员计划完成各项工作。 Formulate equipment maintenance plan, supervise the implementation of the plan, and urge team members to plan and complete all work.
    8. 带领班组完成设备的日常管理及维修管理工作,确保生产设备正常运行。 Lead the team to complete the daily management and maintenance management of equipment to ensure the normal operation of production equipment.
    9. 组织落实设备的预防性维修、保养,严格执行验收制度,使设备处于良好的受控状态,对设备满足产品生产需要负责。 Organize and implement the preventive repair and maintenance of equipment, strictly implement the acceptance system, keep the equipment in a good controlled state, and be responsible for the equipment meeting the needs of product production.
    10. 负责协助部门领导与公司内外相关单位和部门的联系和协调。 Be responsible for assisting the department leaders to contact and coordinate with relevant units and departments inside and outside the company.

    Required Skills

    1、大专或大专以上学历,机电或机械专业毕业。 College degree or above, major in electromechanical or mechanical engineering. 2、有5年或以上汽车零部件企业相关维修工作经验及管理经验 At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience and management experience in auto parts enterprises . 3、熟练掌握PLC、机械及液压传动知识,动手能力强 Proficient in PLC, mechanical and hydraulic transmission knowledge, strong hands-on ability . 4、 熟练掌握电气技术,对电气改造有一定的理解。 Master electrical technology and have a certain understanding of electrical transformation.
