1. Production planning and balance resources to ensure capacity utilization and inventory being achieved, analysis when there is deviation; 制定生产计划平衡资源调配确保产能利用合理和库存目标达成，当与目标偏离时组织分析；
2. Responsible for customer portal; 负责客户门户信息的接收和传递，包括客户的EDI系统，邮件信息，物流评价等；
3. Build up Material forecast and issue order, balance resources to ensure inventory target being achieved, , analysis when there is deviation; 发放材料预测，平衡资源调配确保满足库存指标，当与目标偏离时组织分析；
4. Monitor and manage supplier delivery and survey supplier capacity; 监控和管理供应商交付和产能；
5. Conduct supply chain continual improvement to meet inventory and cost target; 推动供应链改善以满足公司对库存和成本的目标；
6. Define and input logistic system key data (SAP, EDI, Traceability) and solve problem; 定义物流系统关键数据和问题解决(SAP,EDI,追溯)；
7. Conduct physical counting and analysis; 组织盘点并分析差异 ；
8. Be committed to the tasks in which superior required; 完成领导交待的其他事项。

Required Skills

1、 College above, majored in Logistics management is preferred. 大专以上学历，主修物流管理背景者优先； 2、 Two years’ experience on logistics management, with automotive management experience is preferred. 两年以上物流管理经验，汽车行业管理经验背景优先； 3、 Good at communication, coordination and able to work under pressure. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，抗压能力强 4、Familiar with ISO & TS16949 system, good at problem-solving and keen observer on shop-floor issues. 熟悉ISO及TS16949体系，具备较好的解决问题能力及良好的发现问题能力 5、 Experienced in emergency cases, good logic analysis ability and good accountability. 有应对突发事件的经验，具备良好的逻辑分析能力和责任心。
