    负责设备清单的编写和更新  Responsible for writing and updating equipment list  制定设备预防性保养计划并实施  Make preventive maintenance plan and implement it  负责设备突发故障的维修和维修记录编写、更新  Responsible for the maintenance of equipment sudden failure and the compilation of maintenance record  监督设备日常保养,利用设备点检记录、运行记录,为员工做出日常设备保养规程  Supervise daily maintenance of equipment, make daily maintenance procedures for employees by using equipment inspection records and operation records  负责新设备入厂后的安装、调试、验收、移交  Responsible for the installation, debugging, acceptance and handover of new equipment  负责设备备件储备和管理  Responsible the storage and management of spare parts  确保所有工作执行EHS程序,公司标准和适用法规,确保部门内员工对EHS程序/指导书的理解和遵守。  Ensure that all work follows EHS procedures, company standards and applicable regulations, and that EHS procedures/instructions are understood and followed by all staff in the department.  组织维修团队,对厂房、基础设施进行维护、维修  Organize maintenance team to maintain the workshop and infrastructure

    Required Skills

    设备管理经验3年以上,设备维修经验5年以上  More than 3 years experience in equipment management, more than 5 years experience in equipment maintenance  本科以上学历,自动化或机电一体化专业  Bachelor degree or above, major in automation or mechatronics  熟练掌握机械原理、液压知识、电气自动化知识,熟练使用计算机办公软件,具有较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力及发现问题解决问题的能  Proficient in mechanical principles, hydraulic knowledge, electrical automation knowledge, skilled in the use of computer office software, with a strong organization and coordination ability, communication skills and problem solving ability
