Tenneco is seeking a drives, self-motivated HUMAN RESOURCES focused student who has an interest in gaining hands-on experience working at our fast paced Powertrain plant located in Van Wert, OH.
As a Tenneco HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN, you will be given the opportunity to learn about your chosen career field through hands-on work, management shadowing opportunities, and training events, among other responsibilities that support the Human Resources department.

Required Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Student currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Student with a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher Ability to work at least 20 hours per week during the internship period starting January 2021 Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license Ability to provide own transportation to/from the job site Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Student currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology (with a focus in human resources) from an accredited institution Student with a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
