The Plant/Facility Manager has overall responsibility for the day-to-day manufacturing activities for the XNOx (Clean Air) operation, in Kettering, Ohio in order to assemble quality products efficiently and on time. Guides the facility in its support of internal and external customer requirements. Maintains a positive working environment free of harassment, and discrimination. Directs continuous improvement activities and coordinates the development of the facilities people, processes and capabilities. Oversight for the facilities environmental, health and safety functions. Manages the quality function including compliance with all TS16949/ISO9000 requirements. Responsible for ensuring facility reaches target metric goals through use of BOS and Lean methodology.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required with a discipline in Management or Engineering. MBA beneficial.
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience with leading in a manufacturing organization.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools and processes
- Previous Plant Management experience within the automotive industry preferred.
- Strong organizational, team and program management skills with the ability to lead people.
