This job defines, tests, trains, implements, and supports the SAP PP (production planning and manufacturing execution) / PM (plant maintenance) modules. Having experience in other modules like materials management, warehouse management or quality management or ABAP development is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- To analyze business processes/requirements in the Tenneco organization
- To configure the system(s) accordingly
- To interface external solutions to SAP (ERP system) and any other applicable application
- To document all new development and modifications of existing settings according to Tenneco's documentation standards
- To resolve assigned (functional) trouble tickets within the application area assigned
- To follow Tenneco IT policies, procedures and strategy
- To develop functional specification to enable our development partner to implement this functionality
- To transfer knowledge on SAP PM/PP/MM/WM/QM to other team members
- Assist the functional manager in the shaping of new projects by providing the required effort for the specified area (SAP PP/PM) to implement the requested solution.
Required Skills
Education/ Certification :
- 4 yr University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Master’s Degree desired.
Specialized Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong project management skills
- Strong working knowledge of Business processes
- Proven skills in presentations, financial calculations, developing quality and comprehensive business cases, delegation, coaching & development and decision making
- Sound knowledge of the Excel/Word/PowerPoint applications
- Control and follow-up, organizing and planning skills, tool used is Planview
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional knowledge in one or several other language(s) Polish, German, French or Spanish is preferred

Required Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience working at a senior level in the appropriate business process with a good understanding of the SAP PP/PM modules and business concepts
- Knowledge of SAP processes in the MM/WM/QM module is a plus
- Extensive experience of project methodology including planning is a plus
- Testing and documentation standards
- Experience of providing technical and functional training courses
