  • Responsibilities

    • Responsible for installation of the equipment, layout, start-up, process parameters, operation instructions (SOS), operator training and internal release. • Accountable for process and equipment capability, continuous improvement of manufacturing process/equipment, improves yield rates together with the plant ME manager, plant AME engineers, technicians and Global AME process managers. • Defines technical process and equipment requirements, state of the art manufacturing, and control and software equipment standards in close partnership with the Global AME process managers and Global AME process experts. • Project tracking and project support. • Responsible for quality improvement. • Responsible for PFMEA. • Support for Operations,EHS and Quality Departments. • Collaborates with all Federal Mogul functions and Finance. • Related task arranged by function leader. • Strictly perform the safety production system in the work activities.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in method Engineering or mechanical Engineering background preferred. • At least 3years experience in Automotive Manufacturing/Engineering roles. • Quality knowledge’s • Strong IT skills with a good understanding of office software
