  • Responsibilities
    • Comply with the safety and environment requirements and responsibilities.
    • Understand Group VMV and code of conduct. Ensure compliance in all the domains in scope.
    • Be responsible for C&B budge, implement and tracking, ensure salary issue timely and precise, social insurance and housing fund are precise.
    • C&B Policy Design and Standardization base on company request and market benchmark.
    • In charge of annual bonus, salary increase for the promotion, EIP/MIP etc.
    • Provide HR related service & supports aligned with the business requirement.
    • Support occupational injury treatment.
    • Salary Market Benchmark Survey and Special working hours record.
    • Maintain a cordial working relationship with all stakeholders at the plant (i.e. employees, the third party, government etc.)

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, Training, or related discipline and at least 8 years of professional HR experience.
    • More than 6 years working experience in MNCs, experience as HR specialist in compensation and benefits or HR analytics etc in preferable.
    • Familiar with PRC and local labor law and related regulation
    • People oriented and strong customer service mind.
    • Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and facilitation skill.
    • Good at computer and English
