This role reports to the Enterprise Learning and Development Leader. You will be working closely with a team of instructional designers and others in the L&D team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, designing, and developing learning and communication material for learning and development team.
This role is an enterprise one, based in the Talent COE under the corporate HR team, and the responsibilities include:
- Supporting the learning and development team in visualizing and creating graphics that support learning and marketing material published by the team.
- Construct learning modules in Articulate storyline.
- Create short videos and animations based on the content provided by the instructional designers.
- Creating infographics for talent processes and procedures.
- Branding PowerPoints for Talent team communication as per Tenneco corporate branding.
- Editing images and creating templates for the Talent SharePoint site pages.
- Create thumbnails for the internally developed learning object uploaded on the LMS.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Articulate Storyline and Captivate experience are a must.
- Fluency in MS Office suite of products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Must have worked on learning design and development projects that involved translations.
- Experience building learning modules (Online and Instructor Led Training) for a global audience.
- Audio-video editing skills.
- Marco and micro media strategy for learning design.
- Well versed in creating visual continuity for the over all design.
- Pawtoons or Vyond animation skills.
- Proficiency with LMS platform, SF preferably.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
Required Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a globally matrixed environment.
- A formal degree in graphic design preferred.
- UX certification is an added advantage.
- Work experience in marketing/advertising is a plus.
- Should stay on the cutting edge of media for learning and development.
