This is a great opportunity to join us as an ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE FINANCIAL ANALYST in our Finance team in BUCHAREST.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monthly reporting of past dues at regional level across 2 business units and timely publishing
• Review results and explain variation.
• Identify errors & deviations and take necessary corrective & preventive actions on reports
• Act as escalation point on various customers issues and invoices discrepancies
• Perform different reconciliations (e.g. prices, customers statements)
• Prepare the required documents for the follow up collection calls
• Prepare the Accounts Receivable forecast as per the business needs
• Work on credit management project implementation
• Work on customer master data SAP project implementation
• Annual credit limit review
• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
• Review and update standard operating procedures and process maps
• Provide support during internal or statutory audits
• Perform testing of SOX controls
• Initiates improvements initiatives and ensure implementation
• Support Global Finance Process Shared Services function when necessary

Required Skills Required Experience

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:

• 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (credit risk management / collections experience desirable) or 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable plus 2 years of experience in Finance reporting
• Any other experience in accounting area is a plus
• Good knowledge of collections and payments process
• Excellent English skills, any other foreign language is a plus
• Strong Excel skills, SAP knowledge desirable (including reporting/query development knowledge in SAP)
• Problem solver, good analytical & organizational skills,
• Able to perform multiple tasks to tight deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changes
• Proactive and innovative
